Mindhive – the world’s first crowdsourced consultancy – is the result.

The purpose of this innovative award-winning platform is to engage and harness the power of collective problem-solving in order to address our most pressing issues by democratising, simplifying and accelerating innovation across sectors and borders.

Mindhive was launched as a project of the global policy think tank Eidos in 2012.

Over the coming years it was recognised with numerous national and global awards for its unique capacity to provide Mindhive is inexpensive, modern, inclusionary and efficient innovation – so we can quickly get to good ideas and actionable insights.

Capitalising on demand, Mindhive launched commercially in 2019.

Customer problems MH2.0 solves

Current consulting houses are labour intensive, relationship based and expensive. Outcomes and reporting are latent and not instantaneous, insight is one directional rather than engaging, shared and collaborative.

Mindhive is the world’s first crowdsourcing platform enabling you to engage and understand your audience at scale and in real-time. It’s a scalable crowdsourcing platform built on proprietary technology enabling the disruption of all layers of the consulting industry with instant reporting, natural language processing, AI driven predictive insights, and maximised global user reach and engagement delivering diverse solutions at reduced costs, increased speed and secured on blockchain.

Our vision is to be the world’s largest and most technically enabled crowdsourcing consultancy. A scalable crowdsourcing platform built on proprietary technology enabling the disruption of all layers of the consulting industry with instant reporting, natural language processing, AI driven predictive insights, and maximised global user reach and engagement delivering diverse solutions at reduced costs, increased speed and secured on blockchain.

As Uber captures surplus drivers, providing them with a way to monetise their driving and time, MH 2.0 captures growing surplus insight through a global collaborative and engaging platform, and will provide users with a way to monetise their insight. Mindhive aims to democratise insight, making it affordable for everyone and rewarding for those who produce it. Throwing everyone into a crowd and asking them questions is easy, keeping them engaged and on topic is quite difficult. Mindhive is a venue for the meeting of minds.

A journey to collective intelligence realisation

MH 2.0 has the potential for exponential growth:

  • The contributor community can learn, and scale faster than they would on their own. Innovators become both stakeholders and drivers of its success.

  • The larger the network of third parties innovating on the platform, the harder it is for consulting houses to compete effectively.

  • As a complimentary product to Mindhive 3.0, the Company has set up an alpha version of an exclusive social network for abundant thinkers, codenamed Wax. The Wax app provides Mindhive with an ability to create an exclusive network of its most innovative minds. It enables instant messaging and networking.

How it works

The Mindhive platform currently enables the community to ask questions, solve problems, understand issues, obtain ideas, test solutions, and extend resources by harnessing the power of a globally connected network of minds. MH 2.0 provides a place where this expertise and these skills can be carefully curated and accessed by consumers and businesses alike. Convening the right crowd to the right room for the right conversation.

The MH 2.0 Platform vision:

  • As the online moderator, you can ask up to 10,000 AI matched participants, employees, partners or customers, in open-ended, multi-punch or poll questions in a public or private setting.

  • High performance artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms implemented to match the right people to the right discussion.

  • Gamification of the platform combined with the implementation of reputational design to encourage and reward insightful contribution from users.

  • Tokenisation, attribution and tracking of insight, its global reach and impact through the introduction of blockchain technologies.

  • Instant responses from participants in their own words and voting by users on their preferred insights.

  • Continuous analysis of responses by AI algorithms to recognise trends and help surface participant insights into useful output.

  • An exclusive premium social networking app for the Mindhive community.
