Kelvin is an accomplished full-cycle developer who expertly guides the team through the complete software life cycle. With a strong command of design, development, testing, deployment, operation, and support, Kelvin brings nearly a decade of experience in diverse industries, such as e-commerce, fintech, HR, and payment systems. Kelvin's proficiency spans from SDLC (encompassing mobile, web, and API) to DevOps, including cloud infrastructure and continuous integration and deployment. His technical acumen allows him to seamlessly adapt and excel in a wide range of projects. Karl Withers, holding a Master of IT in Data Science from Queensland University of Technology, is a seasoned Data Analyst/Engineer at Mindhive. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in data analytics, Karl specializes in developing advanced PowerBI dashboards and maintaining robust AI/ML systems. At Mindhive, he collaborates with various departments to create tailored dashboards and predictive models that enhance strategic decision-making and business intelligence. His responsibilities also include managing data warehousing infrastructure and agent-based models, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with Mindhive’s AI initiatives.
