NEW WEBSITE.
DOMAIN MIGRATION.
SIGN-UP STREAMLINED.

There are few greater superpowers than creating a new website, migrating domains and streamlining a sign-up process all in one two-week sprint. Given our current resourcing and customer commitments, this is a Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers) power-level achievement.

“Higher. Further. Faster, baby.”

In fact, why not go one better and pledge your support by expressing your interest?

  • the comments and replies

  • the ideation (highlighted comments, focused discussion and voting)

  • the concluding report

Sign-up streamlined

While on par with a modern platform in the business of matching members to things, the sign-up process feedback indicated that it was a barrier preventing potential users from getting to the good stuff i.e. commenting on things they disagreed with!

Look, to be fair there is some truth that a five-step post-validation profile-building process is a touch on the long side – even with all the skipping.

As a result, signing up is now just the one form.

Sign-up enhancements

  • Password field features the ability to show or hide what you've typed.

  • You have the option to opt-into our marketing emails (they really are good emails).

  • If signing up from a discussion page, upon verifying your email you will be redirected back to the discussion page you were on.

Platform updates

  • Once signed in, the bell icon previously triggered a notification summary. The bell icon now instead takes you to your dashboard.

  • On the dashboard, the 'discussions you have joined' module now actually displays discussions you have joined. Future enhancements will filter for active discussions and order chronologically.

What is Mindhive?

Mindhive is that space to explore problems that don't have an easy answer, or indeed, have many answers. We are all familiar with forums, but where Mindhive differs is in the next steps where the collected thoughts are distilled, considered and voted on to produce the backbone of a discussion report.

Mindhive is used in research, government and consultancies to canvas a wide spectrum of voices to surface sentiment, insight, and the unexpected.
