To support Mindhive. ("Mindhive", “We”, “Us”) in delivering the Service, Mindhive engages third-party service providers as sub-processors.

This page identifies the sub-processors, describes the types of PII processed, the activities they perform and where they are located.

Our business needs may change from time to time and Mindhive will periodically update this page to provide notice of additions and removals to our list of sub-processors, the privacy policy from time to time at our sole discretion.

Data Classification Standards at Mindhive

Classification Description Activities
Public Public information is not confidential and can be made public without any implications for Mindhive. Press releases and our public website
Internal Access to internal information is approved by management and is protected from external access. Security monitoring, log storage and collection, various other forms of monitoring and alerting.
Company Information collected and used by Mindhive to operate the business. Mindhive upholds the highest possible levels of integrity, confidentiality, and restricted availability for this information. Internal memos, Design documents, Product specifications, Correspondences.
Business User Data Information received from customers for processing or storage by Mindhive. This category is data such as our customers names and email addresses, this category does not include any information relating to our customer’s customers, such as a document a customer sends to us to check for fraud. Customer operating data, Customer PII, anything subject to a confidentiality agreement with a customer (except customer's customer data).
End Customer Data Information received from customers for processing or storage by Mindhive. Mindhive must uphold the highest possible levels of integrity, confidentiality, and restricted availability for this information. Customers’ customers’ PII, such as a document uploaded to the Mindhive system.
