CEO Partner Update – September 2025

A September to Build Momentum

September has been a defining month of consolidation and execution. Following the pace and visibility of recent milestones — our AFR BOSS #1 in Technology award, deepening Accenture partnership, and the rapid emergence of System Operating — this period has focused on building the foundations for scale.

Across product, partnerships, and our affiliate network, we are moving from promise to proof: translating years of innovation into tangible commercial systems, repeatable processes, and a growing community of practitioners who are making Mindhive their platform of choice.

1. Affiliate & Partner Program – From Pilot to Platform

The most visible progress this month has been through the Affiliate and Partner Program, which has evolved from pilot into an operational channel ready for expansion.

Dozens of onboarding sessions have now been completed across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. These live engagements — led by Sarah Brook — have not only trained our first 100 Founding Consultants but also generated critical feedback that is shaping the next phase of the platform.

Affiliates such as Kara Bombell, Manpreet Uppal, Toni Morrow, and Emily Koolen have highlighted the platform’s strengths — speed, structure, and clarity — while helping us refine user experience details like password resets, onboarding flow, and clarity between private and public collaboration spaces.

Outcomes this month include:

  • Streamlined onboarding and profile creation, improving conversion and first-use success.

  • Clearer separation between Mindhive Earth (the open sandbox for collaboration) and private organisational environments.

  • Integration of Trackdesk for affiliate tracking, transparency, and revenue automation.

  • Content and design alignment across Pricing, Enterprise, and Affiliate Invitation pages to improve messaging coherence.

The affiliate network now forms the commercial engine behind our expansion. Each consultant receives lifetime access, onboarding support, and a defined pathway to revenue. The Affiliate Certification Program, including badges and verified credentials, is entering its final design phase.

By year’s end, over 200 affiliates are expected to be fully active, building toward our 2026 goal of 1,500 consultants worldwide — a global marketplace of human-AI practitioners working under the Mindhive brand.

2. Affiliate & Partner Strategy Session – Building a Global Community

On 1 October, we held our Monthly Affiliate & Partner Strategy Session, which brought together our growing network of consultants, partners, and product leads. The conversation captured the essence of Mindhive — collaboration, shared intelligence, and collective growth.

Key themes and takeaways:

  • AI Certifications & New Revenue Streams: Affiliates were encouraged to engage with Mindhive’s upcoming certification pathway — an accredited credential designed to strengthen consultant credibility and open new income channels. Validation with universities is underway, ensuring the credential carries professional and academic weight.

  • Go-to-Market Collaboration: Led by James Clements and David Bennett, discussion focused on building replicable sales plays, developing visible pipelines, and leveraging Mindhive’s legal and insurance infrastructure for larger enterprise bids.

  • Product Development Insights: Jules Pitt shared updates from the product squad, including document uploads for richer context in discussions, multi-organisation membership, intuitive guest invitations, and facilitator control over AI agent participation.

  • Collective Intelligence in Practice: Partners reaffirmed the importance of balancing technology with humanity — ensuring that AI enhances, not replaces, the human element in consulting.

  • Action Points: All affiliates were urged to complete Trackdesk setup, update partner profiles for visibility, and participate in working subgroups (sales, product, community) to co-create Mindhive’s next growth stage.

Strategic announcements included:

  • The launch of My Proxy AI at the upcoming SXSW Sydney event in partnership with JLL and Red Bull.

  • Expansion of our Accenture collaboration, enabling Mindhive affiliates to participate in major bids where our platform underpins enterprise-grade collaboration.

The session reinforced our trajectory toward a self-organising global network — targeting 1,500 active members by January 2026. The energy, ideas, and shared purpose across this session underscored that Mindhive is not just scaling a product, but building a professional movement grounded in human-centred consulting, shared intelligence, and ethical AI.

3. Product & Engineering – Refining Collective Intelligence

While the affiliate rollout provided the external momentum, the internal engineering and product teams have continued to strengthen Mindhive’s architecture and scalability. Led by Kelvin Denman with Karl Withers, Travis Brown, Wendel Costa, and Duy Nguyen, September’s focus has been stability, performance, and alignment with our long-term AI roadmap.

Key advances include:

  • Facilitator Control: New tools allowing users to manage AI agent participation — deciding when agents join, pause, or leave a session — enabling fully human or hybrid modes.

  • Cloud Optimisation: Improved oversight of Azure and AWS costs, bringing cloud spend back within 10% of target range.

  • Context Memory Development: Progress on persistent context threads to enable continuity across sessions and future Proxy integration.

  • UX Enhancements: Feedback-driven improvements to navigation, resource uploads, and summary displays.

These advances position Mindhive as the most flexible and ethically balanced AI-assisted collaboration platform in market — combining speed, security, and control in one environment.

4. System Operating & Proxy – From Vision to Integration

Our partnership with Josephmark under System Operating continues to evolve into one of Australia’s most significant AI collaborations. Together we are building a future where every enterprise has a digital twin — a Proxy that mirrors the organisation’s intent, knowledge, and workflows.

Key September developments:

  • Governance & IP clarity finalised between Mindhive Classic and System Operating holdings, ensuring clean ownership and R&D compliance.

  • Joint technical roadmap established for shared context engines, aligning Helix and Mindhive architecture.

  • Enterprise pilots under development with Accenture Song, JLL, and Red Bull ahead of SXSW Sydney showcase.

  • System Operating Executive Program onboarding new leaders including Darryl Carlton and Darren Tasker, expanding advocacy for enterprise augmentation.

Mindhive’s collaboration with Proxy places us at the centre of a new productivity paradigm — one that blends automation with human purpose.

5. Financial & Corporate Progress

Behind the scenes, September was marked by rigorous financial and governance work to prepare for sustained growth.

  • R&D Loan Drawdown: We finalised the Q1 FY26 model with Advanced Global, benchmarking against prior-year returns and confirming the expected advance rate. This will underwrite core engineering and affiliate operations into December.

  • Investor Alignment: Continued support from existing investors, including Susan Rix and Daryl Holmes, through option exercises and reinvestment.

  • Public Transition: Collaboration with BDO on the structure for Mindhive’s move toward a public (unlisted) company — improving transparency and investor readiness.

  • Debt Strategy: Execution remains on track to retire $1.1M of legacy debt via R&D recovery, option conversions, and profitability targets.

Each decision reflects a disciplined approach to scaling — combining financial stewardship with strategic ambition.

6. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances

Mindhive’s partner network continues to deepen its reach and influence.

  • Accenture Partnership: Formal recognition under the Procurement+ Global Supplier and Co-Innovation Partner categories positions Mindhive within Accenture’s global delivery ecosystem. Affiliates can now align with Accenture-led bids, offering combined human and AI consulting capabilities.

  • Ventia & QUT Collaborations: Ongoing post-award engagement with both organisations, including discussions around innovation challenges and data-driven collaboration pilots.

  • ActionCoach Proposal: A new proposal submitted to ActionCoach Australia offers each coach their own Mindhive enterprise instance and commission-based model for client referrals — potentially opening an entire SME vertical.

  • System Operating Executive Program: Continues to build momentum as a leadership development and thought-leadership platform for the AI-augmented enterprise.

Through these partnerships, Mindhive is proving itself as the connective tissue between consultants, enterprises, and technology ecosystems.

7. Recognition, Brand & Market Position

September was our first full month following the Australian Financial Review honour naming Mindhive #1 in Technology on the 2024 AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies list. We’ve embedded this recognition across our digital assets, investor materials, and partner outreach, using it as a credibility multiplier in global conversations.

Planning also began for SXSW Sydney 2025, where Mindhive and Proxy will jointly present the future of human-AI collaboration to a global audience. This event will mark the next stage of visibility — positioning our platforms alongside global innovation leaders and highlighting the strength of Australian-led IP on the world stage.

8. Marketing, Brand Assets & Digital Infrastructure

Collaboration between BFJ Media and Swarna’s creative team in Indonesia has begun delivering the marketing foundation for our affiliate scale-up. Recent milestones include:

  • Redesigned Affiliate and Pricing Pages for improved clarity and conversion.

  • Launch of HubSpot automations to manage affiliate onboarding and nurture sequences.

  • Campaign asset library aligned with Mindhive’s brand palette and AFR award visuals.

  • Content production underway for flagship report “10 Ways AI Can Transform Your Consulting Practice.”

These developments ensure that as affiliate and enterprise traffic grows, our communication remains consistent, elegant, and data-driven.

9. Culture, Community & Leadership

Mindhive’s strength continues to be its people — a team and community united by purpose. September saw the continued expansion of the Mindhive Collective, our learning and collaboration space for affiliates, partners, and innovators. The first Affiliate AMA with the CEO will launch in October, creating a direct channel for dialogue and shared insights.

A Partner Leadership Group is forming, including James Clements, David Bennett, and Michael Bartura, to guide affiliate engagement and uphold shared standards of practice. These leadership initiatives ensure that as we scale, we remain grounded in trust, transparency, and mutual growth.

10. The Month in Perspective

If August was about recognition, September was about structure. We’ve learned that momentum requires rhythm — across finance, engineering, community, and communication. That rhythm is now emerging: weekly governance cadence, fortnightly affiliate sessions, structured product sprints, and aligned partner engagement.

We are building not only a product, but a platform for the next generation of consulting — one where human expertise, AI augmentation, and collective intelligence converge to deliver exponential value.

11. Looking Ahead – October and Beyond

October priorities:

  1. Launch Affiliate Certification and issue Founding Consultant badges.

  2. Roll out Partner Hub with co-branded assets and analytics.

  3. Execute Q1 R&D Loan Drawdown to accelerate engineering and marketing.

  4. Advance Accenture and ActionCoach engagement pipelines.

  5. Prepare for SXSW Sydney showcase and media announcements.

  6. Continue collaboration with BDO toward public company transition.

Closing Reflections

We began Mindhive with the belief that collective intelligence — powered by ethical AI — could redefine how people think, decide, and act. This month, that belief matured into a system: partners, processes, and products operating in unison.

September has proven that our innovation story is sustainable, repeatable, and investable. The next quarter will see these foundations convert to measurable growth, international reach, and expanded impact.

Thank you to every team member, partner, affiliate, and investor who continues to push with conviction. Together, we are proving what happens when people, proxies, and AI walk into a brainstorm — clarity, speed, and collective strength.
