Regulation & Digital Disruption

Queensland’s Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) came to Mindhive looking to discuss the impact of digital disruption to traditional transport systems and regulatory models.

They needed a way to develop thought leadership within the department and generate debate across the department.

Mindhive was the tool for them.

TMR used Mindhive to bring together people from across various units within their large department and develop consistent thinking on the ways that digital disruption was impacting their work.

Mindhive gave TMR the ability and flexibility to collate responses to future challenges from around the department and think bigger without having to invest significant resources in an inorganic, top down or external process.
